Laura has assisted me through three real estate transactions in the past three years. In the first, Laura understood that I wanted to move into my new home prior to listing the house to sell. That seller gave me a better deal without using a realtor but Laura advised me. My home for sale got a lot of interest as soon as it went on the market and we closed within three months. This pass summer, I inherited some funds that we wanted to invest in some beach property. Laura jumped right on my request and found a perfect condo with gorgeous views for a much lower price than comparable listings. Within six weeks, we closed on that property and my family got to enjoy it prior to the winter rental.
